The school has established a Friends of Frongoch group made up of parents and teachers. This committee meets most terms to arrange events for pupils, which raise funds to provide the school with extra materials. These events also provide social opportunities for parents and families. All parents and staff are welcome to join – in fact, your participation in this group is encouraged and appreciated by all, in the belief that many hands do light work.

Comic Relief

On Friday 21st March, staff and pupils arrived at school dressed in clothes more suited to the 1980s! From Marty McFly to Madonna and more, we all enjoyed the ‘throwback’ theme. Children kindly donated £1 which we donated to the Comic Relief Charity, which does so much for people both here in the UK and overseas!

World Book Day

On Thursday 6th March, we celebrated World Book Day. Children dressed as a character from their favourite book and celebrated their love of reading. We held a used book sale on the day, and over Parents Evenings, and the funds raised will be used to purchase more reading material.
